If you have made an order but still didn't receive your package, this may be due to several factors.
CHECK STATUS OF YOUR ORDER
The first thing you'll need to check the status of your order. We will update you on every step of the order, we send an email to you once we have confirmed payment receipt and we will also email you again once we have shipped off the package to you.
NOTE: You can check the status of your order by logging into the Laguna Music Store and going into 'Account Maintanence'.
ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED BUT STILL NOT YET RECEIVED.
If your order has been shipped then there may be delays in the post. This could be due to many factors and depending on the type of shipping selected.
When we ship a package we receive a tracking number which we can use to track where your order is being held up. When the package reaches to your address, a signature is required before the package is handed over to the recipent. If no one is at the address at the time of delivery, you package maybe stored at the Post Office Depot for you to collect. You should receive a note stating where and how to collect your parcel from them.
NOTE: Laguna Music Store will not be held responsible for collecting the parcel from the Post Office Depot on your behalf.
STATUS IS CONFIRMED, AND YOU HAVE MADE PAYMENT, BUT STILL NO PACKAGE
If you status says 'confirmed', this means your order has not yet been shipped. This could be due to delays by Laguna Music Store.
NOTE: Laguna Music Store processes numerous orders per day and there maybe a possibility that your order may be missed. This is simple human error which may occur. We ensure that we have dedicated staff that will do their best to make sure that no orders are left out.
STATUS IS PENDING, BUT PAYMENT HAS ALREADY BEEN MADE
If making payment using iPay88 or PayPal, your Order Status should automatically change to Confirmed. If the order still says pending this may be a technical error, please inform us so we can look into it.
If you are making payment via Cash Deposit, please ensure that you have made proof of payment and that we have received it.
NOTE: Without proof of payment your order will NOT be processed.
NOTE: Laguna Music Online Store is only open from 9am - 6pm on Monday - Fridays. We only process orders during office hours. If ordering on weekends or during public holidays, please take into account the additional numbers of days it may take for the order to be processed and shipped to you.
