1 --> SELECT YOUR PRODUCT & ADD TO CART
Select the product which you'd like to purchase and add into your shopping cart.
Our Drag & Drop feature enables you to simple drag items and drop them directly into your shopping cart on the right hand side of the screen.
[NOTE: You can only drag items that don't have additional requirements]
Please ensure that you have selected the correct quantity that you'd like to purchase.
2 --> PROCEED WITH CHECKOUT
In order to continue with your purchase, you need to be a member of the Laguna Music Online Store. Please log in to proceed to the checkout stage.
If you dont already have an account, you will need to create a new account with us. This process is very simple, just key in all the required information and confirm the email that is automatically sent to your email address. Want to register a new account? Register here
Always double check your shopping cart before proceeding to the Checkout stage. Please ensure that the correct product and quantity is selected.
Items in your shopping cart can be edited throughout the process of the shopping cart.
3 --> [CHECKOUT: STEP 1] - CONFIRM SHIPPING ADDRESS
You should have already inserted your shipping address when you registered your account with us. This will automatically appear at this stage of the Checkout.
Please confirm that this address is correct. If there is a mistake in your address, you can edit it by clicking on 'Update Address'.
If your billing and shipping address is the same, select Default as your shipping address. Shipping address is only required if you intend to send your item to a separate address from your billing address. Your billling address is where your Credit Card is registered to.
NOTE: Some Credit Card services will not approve orders that have different billing & shipping addresses. Please check with your Credit Card provider on their requirements.
4 --> [CHECKOUT: STEP 2] - CONFIRM SHIPPING METHOD
Please select how you'd like your order to be delivered to you. We currently offer shipping via 2 methods.
A) Express [PosLaju] - 2-5 days
B) Registered - 7-14 days
Both shipping methods require acknowledgement of receipt to ensure security and that the package won't get lost in the post. We are also able to track where the parcel is once it has been shipped off. If there is no one at home upon delivery, you will be asked to collect the parcel from the Post Office Depot nearest to your home.
NOTE: Orders sent via Express will take much faster to reach you but the cost is significantly higher than Registered. Please make sure that the selected method of shipping suits your budget.
5 --> [CHECKOUT: STEP 3] - CONFIRM PAYMENT METHOD
Please select the method which you'd like to pay for your order. We currently offer the following payment methods:

6 --> [CHECKOUT: STEP 4] - CONFIRM ORDER
This is the final step of making your order before proceeding to making the payment. Please confirm that all information keyed in is correct to aviod any errors with the order.
Once you've confirmed that all the information is correct you will need to our Agree to Terms & Condition before you continue. Click on 'Confirm' and you will be redirected to the payment gateway to process your order. If you have selected Cash Deposit, you will be sent an email and we will await for your proof of deposit.
7 --> MAKING PAYMENT
Once the order has been confirmed you will automatically be redirected to the payment gateway which you have chosen. Proceed with making the payment.
Once you have completed the payment, you will receive an email saying that we have received payment and your order has been confirm.
We will send you an email once your order has been shipped off to you.
